To help the community grow, we have a program in which we give a full-priced physical game (most of the time collector or special editions) to a random member every month. It doesn’t matter where anyone is in the world, anyone can be eligible. The requirements are simple:
-be a member of our website, YouTube channel, or Reddit. Being a Twitch follower is fine as well
– leave a comment on our website, YouTube channel, or Reddit
It’s really that simple.
All comments are counted as entries. So the more comments you have here on the website and across our social media channels, the more entries/chances you have to win. The winner is contacted on the last day of the month
*Unfortunately, since a past winner reported me as spam (which in turn got my Bluesky account suspended) , I’ll only be posting winners here on the site instead of on youtube, bluesky, and reddit like I did in the past

We do these every month along with the weekly giveaways and gameshows. As the site grows, the prizes and rewards will grow with it as well as more winners awarded
I know this will probably lower the chance for me to win but still. Try posting a yt short with the information about the giveaways. I think itd increase your channel traction by a lot!
You could even think of using an AI voice to make it sound more professional
the short thing is a good idea. the A.I part isn’t. Google is cracking down on A.I videos
I mean I gave the same advice to a different channel who was doing a switch 2 giveaway, and his subscriber count jumped from like 400 to 1.3k. Shorts definitely reach a further audience. But i feel like your voice sounds quiet and tinny in some videos. Maybe the microphones not picking up the sound properly? If you want I could make the audio too if you send me a script

Actually, I was concerned about how it was sounding. But nobody ever gave me critique. I was looking into getting a new mic anyway so now’s probably a good time.
Yup, I myself use the blue snowball mic sinceits pretty inexpensive and still gives clear sound. id just recommend looking up a video or two about how to edit the voice afterwards to make it sound more natural and (slightly bassy). Also, if you have a switch 2 now would e the time to capitalize on its popularity on youtube!
You shoud try a ps portal series too where you test different games at diferent loctions, to see how well they play
You could do a cpmpetition (with some bigger prizes like a console or just giftcards) and tie it into the short, but will have to a) be active in the community and b) the more they “do” for the channel the more points they can earn for the giveaway. For example, inviting other people to subscribe, creating art /vfx for the channel (let people be creative you know) etc.
Obviously if you do decide for a bigger giveaway then it might be better to put the montly and weekly giveaways on pause

Hey, Im a little bit confused with how the entries for this and the weekly giveaway work. Is it based on the number of comments made that week, or the total number of comments ever, or is it something else entirely?
The way it works is it goes by whoever the randomizer chooses. Each time a person posts on the website, youtube, twitch, or reddit, it counts as an entry. The more entries a person has, the more of a chance the randomizer will choose that person as the winner for the weekly or monthly.
And yes, past postings continue to be counted. For example, let’s say for the sake of the argument, you posted 50 times last month across the site, youtube, twitch, and reddit. Even thought this month is a new month, your 50 posts from last month are counted in.
The randomizer is a scrapper program I use for my site and social media. So nobody ever “starts over” with their count, it only grows.
